We offer a wide variety of exercises in our group sessions. We cater for all fitness levels, age groups, and we scale each session to suit each individual’s abilities. The sessions last for 45 minutes, and are designed to increase your fitness and strength levels.

Our business offers small group training with a maximum of 16 members in each session. We provide an enjoyable, friendly training environment as well as maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle for our members.
